Antioxidant and anticancer properties of nano and fermented-nano powders of wheat and rice by-products

Abstract In this study, nano and fermented-nano powders of wheat rice by-products were prepared by superfine grinding raw solid-state fermented materials. Effects fermentation on phytochemical content, phenolic acids profile as well antioxidant anticancer activity investigated. The results revealed that, contents bran (FNWB), germ (FNWG) (FNRB) increased 40.5, 59.2 27.9%, respectively compared to their samples. free, conjugated bound forms most identified apparently increased.
